Smallville: Episode 7.9 "Gemini" Recap - Page 2

For mzlpdilk, I was wondering the same thing. How did Clark get frozen, was it Bizarro, or was it Jor El, and Bizorro just saw his chance? I can't wait to find out.

I actually loved the Bizarro twist! I think TW loves playing a different character once in a while. Plus his acting was just to the POINT! You see all the little subtle hints but then you are almost like...maybe Brainiac? Or maybe Bizarro? I kinda knew it was Bizarro after he said letting go of Kara and blah blah blah..and thot that Lana was stupid for not realizing that her boyfriend would never say that...but hey! I agree the Cloning issue has been over used. HOWEVER For once I actually enjoyed the Cloning explanation for Grant! because otherwise they would have spoilt the whole Memoria episode which was the greatest storyline that Lex has had so far! Also they kinda brought evil Lex back...and that made it worthwhile for me to watch! Now since when did Lana become a scientist???? Since when??? I want to also know how and when did Chloe learn to use and protect her power???

I meant learn to CONTROL her power. In offscreenville? Wow Offscreenville is a very magical place indeed! I wan't to see that show in offscreenville because it seems much much more interesting that what we are being shown! Lol. I was soo disappointed by that--- I mean the cool thing about her power was the unpredictability of it all, and the major side effects-- now it's like, ok I get the side effects but it's not so unpredictable anymore and Clark can save people so what is the big deal? I want her sucky power gone so we can have Snarky reporter Chloe back. But as always AM was made of all kinds of awesome. I actually loved the Chimmy scene too-- and I hate romantic Chimmy very very much! But their friendship ended on a good note and the awkward way they were caught kissing in the elevator was just too cute for words! Bizarro Clark can stay-- I love the deeper voice whisperly sexier Clark!-- hey I'm shallow sometimes

All the same great episode--- at least compared to most episodes

this season, it kinda worked. But poor writing and lazy writing in Smallville is not a new thing. These writers have really disappointed me to the point where my expectations are now soo low I rarely get disappoineted anymore. I think Clark was in the fortress since Jor-el talked about punishing him. Also Biz did not really fly, he made a huge jump up the stairs... and then it was kinda like the way Clark stopped that missile in Hidden... no? AND WHY would Bizarro save Chloe and Jimmy? I get that he needed Chloe to help him with the info he got from SCIENTIST Lana, But still.... Makes no sense. Anyone with ideas?

I think he saved Chloe because Clark would have saved Chloe and he wants to be Clark, at least for now. Remember what he said to Lana about falling in love with her all over again, well if he really did then he wouldn't want her to get suspicious that he's not the real Clark.

I luvd "Gemini"! I think it was a great episode. At 1st, I thought it was Zod, but then I relized Bizarro always gets that metal face,

Yeah, I guess that makes sense.. he's impersonating Clark, so he has to "act" like Clark for the time being. But the whole research on Lex? I hope that means that Bizarro will be teaming up with Brainiac (Milton Fine) in "persona"! Bizarro and Fine teaming up against Clark (and Martian Manhunter hopefully), would make for a really great episode!

Whatever happens it should be pretty interesting, and I have to say I'm feeling really excited about Smallville again. I havn't been this excited since the season began.

Well then I guess it was only retroactive to the end of the previous episode so that's not as bad as I first thought. Actually I haven't even seen this episode yet so I haven't seen B posing as Clark at all.
