'Smallville' Season 7 Episode 1 - "Bizarro" Recap

Smallville returns for a seventh season with the episode “Bizarro.” Picking up where the season 6 finale, Clark (Tom Welling) must deal with a dam collapse, Lex (Michael Rosenbaum) has been charged with Lana's (Kristin Kreuk) murder, Chloe (Allison Mack) hangs on the brink of death after resurrecting Lois (Erica Durance), and a ‘bizarre' Clark is stalking Smallville. Will the young-man of steel set everything right?

Bizzaro Clark is being blasted into orbit, but then something or someone flys by and grabs him. Is it MM, or Kara, or someone else?

What happened to the boy that came to Lois for help in the dam? Was he a subject in Level 33.1? Will we see him again? Makes you wonder.

I believe it was Martian Manhunter that flew Bizarro to the sun after Clark hit him because he told Clark that he would help him.

I have Tivo. And the colors on the person flying was Red and a bit of Blue... so i'm thinking it was KARA from the freeze frame image!!!

i luved it! i just remembered them sayin Lana's return had something to do with cloning...hhhhmmmm, how is that?!

It was martian manhunter People! That was their plan remember, clark even thanked him for it after. As for the kid, good question. All I know is that he was the original body the wraith possesed before turning into bizzaro.

I think the kid (as batfan114 said) was only used for continuity purposes (Not that Smallville is known for being great at continuity, but that's another story). There was mention of model 503-- I think this has to do with the Clone-Lana theory, but I'm not quite sure how that ties in. I think that was the body that was found, hence Lana's death certificate? Or can you have a death certificate with finger-prints without a body? I think Lionel helped Lana with the whole "frame-Lex" plot, but again this is pure speculation on my part. Overall, I think the episode was ok, Not great in any particular way. I wanted more Bizarro, less crying over Lana and more emotional reunion for Clark and Chloe and Lois and Chloe after her miraculous resurrection. But my best part was when Clark lost control over his powers and seemed to be falling apart on learning about Chloe's death! That was just perrrrfect!!!
