That lawsuit better end soon. Do you think there's some kind of petition or something we fans can do to hurry things along? What kind of superman doesn't fly?

I know, i could see making a stipulation for not having the suit because that is superman and this clark kent before he bacame superman so the suit would not be needed but when he was on the farm he was learning about is powers,one of which is flight so in theroy he should be flying. I wonder if the creators think its stupid that Kara can fly but clark can't? Before he left the farm to be superman he could fly. I think it gives him more credibility if he could fly. I never understood the no flight rule.

I don't think any of us do jokerman. But either way the lawsuit is about superboy. If clark completly comes into full power while still living in smallville then under court of law he is considered super boy and Superboy's rights are owned by the siegils family. So I guess the producers are waiting for clark to be old enough to move out so he can be Superman. Hey none of this would have happened if the producers would have stuck with their original plan and made the show about young Bruce Wayne. Batman Rules!!

Batfan114 and Batfan! heee... Unfortunately I think i also crossed over to the "Batfan Rules" side after Batfan114 Coerced me to read on him... Actually I'm in total agreement here-- A young Bruce Wayne-- and of course with Chloe as the sidekick (you knew I had to throw Chloe in there, right?)

Now,now my dear "coerced" is such a dirty little word. Now seduced is much more up my alley. (-; Any who, Bruce Wayne in his youth traveled the world learning everything from martial arts to being a master of escape. Not to mention all the obsticles he ran into along the way. So the series would have been pretty cool. all well que sera. So cecil44 back to seducing...

Yeah bruce wayne would have been a great show. it would have has alot of depth. he has a long history and it would have been cool to see it on tv. If you read wikipedia it tells you that the creaters of smallville were presented with doing a show about bruce wayne first but thought that would be better as a movie (batman begins) so they decided to use superman as a backdrop instead.

Batman begins came way after I thought they were worried about that whole other franchise with keaton. Either way they suck! The producers should have known Batman rocks! You could do alot more with a t.v. series than with a 2 hour movie.

Okay.. This is weird... Clark Grow some wings and fly because kara can fly her first day comming out of the capsole
