I think it would be a good idea, but only if the JLA are played by the same actors as on the t.v.show. Those guys are perfect and now with the new supergirl coming who knows? Of course no JLA is complete without a good Batman. Has anyone heard of any rumors on that front?

I'm not a big fan of Batman... actually I don't like Batman at all...but I agree that he would make a great addition to JLA...although on the other hand, I think they are becoming a bit crowded already! Chloe is one of JLA too, isn't she? I think she's the first girl in JLA, and I'm assuming that supergirl might join too... however, how can supergirl stay alive, or on Earth for that matter, if Superman is to be he last Kryptonian on Earth when Clark becomes superman????

Well the t.v. show doesn't exactly follow the comics,or graphic novels as people call them now;but according to the books supergirl was originally from some alternate universe version of krypton or something like that which is why clark will always remain the last kryptonian. But who knows how the producers of the show will go. And BATMAN Rocks!! Come on, give the guy credit. He's the only "Super" hero without super powers. He's a human who relies on intellect and has held his own with the big boys since the 1930's. That has to earn him some merit.

Kal-El's Gal says: You're forgetting Wonder Woman! She's the First Lady of Superheros AND she holds her own among all the men! She's Superman's Ultimate partner and they should be the Ultimate Couple! They should get her on Smallville!

hmmm I almost sold on Batman! Tell me more about Batman.. I'm gonna do some research on my own read about him on Wikipedia and so on.. but insight from someone who's followed his character is well appreciated! The green arrow has no powers too...

Just a side note-- I think they ought to bring Jonathan Kent back--- you know as a flashback, or the way they did with Milton Fine when he turned into Jonathan--- that was soo cool. And I Miss John Schroeder as Jonathan-- he was the best!!!

KeKe5 yes Green arrow has no powers, but he's kind of a cheap version of batman. Batman was created first. Now in the JLA he's their Brain. Since your looking it up you might find out for yourself. But basically every time there is some major crisis batman solves the problem and the other JLAers beat up the bad guy batman tells them to. Put it this way superman cheated and looked through bat's mask to see his identity, but bat's figured out superman the old fashion way by putting the clues together. There are other brains in the jla but they lean more toward the science and tach stuff. Batman is known as "the world's greatest detective", and for good reason.
And no I didn't forget Wonder woman "Kal-el's gal" ANd yes I agree she did hold her own with the big boys too which wasn't easy for a woman back in those day. Not that it's easier these days I imagine. But what would I know, That's one topic that's out of my league.
