'Smallville' Casts Supergirl - Page 3

I think they have the story mixed up, Kara doesn't enter the superman mytholegy until Clark becomes Superman. At this stage with Kara being able to do what she can do, she will be able to become more powerful than Clark and i am sure she wasn't from Krypton, but from sister planet Argon they should try sticking to the story and not change to much. It is the story of Clark becoming Superman not Kara becoming Supergirl. Smallville does rock but i think they need to be carefull.

blieve me, her comin earlier is not messed up as near as the million things i can name!
the whole story is messed up, cause everybody makes their won movie, or series (smallville) 2 where they just do their own thing!

Acutally, I think Kara was from Krypton. Wasn't she from the city Kandor, which Braniac shrunk and stole from Krypton before it was destoyed? But you are correct, she's not part of the mythology until much later in Superman's life.

Actually Kara Zor-El is from Argo City. A domed city on a HUGE piece of Krypton that survived with lead shielding against the kryptonite poisoning. When a meteor storm destroyed both the dome and the lead shielding, Zor-El sent her to Earth like Kal-El was. SHe was a teenager at that time and had a better understanding of what will happen in the Yellow Sun environment of Earth.
