I feel you Slayfan about not wanting EDLois to die, that's how I feel about Chloe, though I get the feeling they are itching towards her death by season's end, in which I think i might be thru with Smallville. But I do feel you about not wanting Lois to die. And hey, I like your idea about having Lois get superpowers to kick major a** with and Chloe taking on her name. At least that way, she doesn't have to die, right? Then everyones happy, right? Lois still alive and well and undercover and Chloe is ILL! I like it! Though it does seems unlikely with the way Smallville is going, but I still like the idea

Thanks and I agree it's unlikely. I also agree that Chloe should NOT die. I remember back in season five when I learned a character was going to die and leave the show, I was petrified that it would be Chloe. Of course I was also hoping it would be Lana and that that was the reason Clark and Lex became enimies (if they each thought the other was in some way responsible) Well Lana didn't die, but thankfully neither did Chloe. Oh just had a thought, since this is the thread to talk about Chloe we should discuss out fav moments with our intrepid reporter.

There are so many that come to mind but I think one of my favorite episodes is Blank. I loved how she had to be the one to tell Clark about his powers even though at that point he hadn't told her himself. I especially loved her reaction to seeing new powers she didn't know about, priceless. Now how about the rest of you....

I loved Blank too, Slayfan. Gee, let me think, I have so many fav scenes, and episodes and quotes from Chloe. So hard to choose a fav. I guess I'll just pick a random one for now: "Rush" season 2! When she tells the doc "Kiss..... my..... ass" and snatches the camera from his hands; the hungry make-out scene in the back seat of Pete's car and while she's climbing over, Pete says "dang Chloe, I didn't know you had all THAT" and Clark says "Just keep your eyes on the road Pete" and then they just go at it. And then they stop at the Talon deliberately to face Lana, but in the meantime they're making out again hot and heavy and then Chloe suggests a game of "PRETEND" strip poker and she rips open his shirt. **SQQUEEEEEEE!!!!!** Sorry, a little too excited there...

But my absolute favorite scene in that episode was when they were in the barn and he and Pete show/demonstrates his powers for her and she say's "Can you fly", he and Pete laughs and he says "Whoa! I may be an alien, but I'm not a cartoon." Then she challenges him to catch her if she falls and she stands up on the railings and lets herself fall backward and he's catches her and she says something along the lines of "my own personal superhero". I know that's a lot, but I loved all those scenes from that episodes, then again I would love ANY episode that included Chloe with dark redK shirtless Clark!!! HeheHe!!!! Oh, my gosh..... I need to take my butt to bed, it's almost 2:30am and I gotta get up at 6. Okay.... I'm gone...... laters
