Let me put it this way - I know Brittany and she has been in my home, so I think I am qualified to comment on this. She is a very sweet girl, funny and cute for sure. What you see on TV is rarely an actual representation of who someone actually is - "reality" TV is far from real - I am close friends with another woman from a so called "reality" show (America's Most Smartest Model) and she informed me of how much editing can alter a situation after the fact.

If you enjoy a show and like certain characters - great. But don't confuse watching someone on the tube, for actually knowing them.
