Tila and Bobby Break-up…As the ‘Reality’ Sets In

We all love a good love story and even when most TV reality show romances do not last, a few do… Ryan and Trista; George and Tiffany. We wanted this one to be real too. We watched as a sheepish Bobby whispered, “I love you” to Tila in the champagne bubble bath, the romantic dinner when Tila taught Bobby to eat with chopsticks, the magical kiss in the grotto. We saw the chemistry build between these two. Even though they were not allowed to be seen in public before the reunion show we just knew behind closed doors it was a different story

.So what happen. The warning signs were there; the casting calls for “A Shot of Love 2” before the show was over, Tila’s Dec 19^th blog when she says “You know usually on these type of dating reality shows, things never tend to work out in the end because it gets all weird and awkward between 2 lovers....”, and even the question mark after the final when it says The End? My heart wants to say there was something there at least at the beginning. My head says they are both actors this was a just an acting gig for both of them and there was always going to be “A Shot of Love 2”or at least after the show became a ratings hit and money maker (that’s why Dani didn’t win).

What I still do not understand is the myspace wars of he said; she said. Was Bobby’s heart really broken after not being able to get a hold of Tila after the reunion show or did he use it as a publicity stunt. Did he know that Tila was going to make him look bad at the New Years Eve bash or did Tila make him look bad after he posted his myspace bulletin? My heart wants to say he had feelings for her, my head says this was a publicity stunt to get sympathy from the viewers. One thing is for sure the timing of the supposed break-up and the announcement of Tila starring in “A Shot of Love 2" was lousy. We all knew then that if there ever was a romance it was over long ago. So what is the "reality"? I know what my heart wants to say but my head says there was never a real romance. My opinion, we the viewers got played!

Days have gone by since the Bobby-Tila Breakup and just browsing through articles and blogs on the internet it seems like they are still dissng each other. Most people don’t diss if they aren’t hurt. Nevertheless at the end of the day, the "reality" is the same, They are not together and there is going to be “A Shot of Love 2”.
