Is 'A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila' Not Entirely Real?

A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila was a bit of gamble for MTV. Its eponymous lead might be an internet sensation, but would all those online fans turn into regular viewers when their MySpace friend appeared as a walking, talking, dating TV personality?

Just in case the draw of Tila Tequila wasn't enough, MTV had another angle with which to draw viewers: the bisexual dating show. It could appeal to viewers out of sheer novelty, a desire to see which sex would prevail or just out of pure voyeurism.

But now a source says that this angle was entirely fabricated.

Of course the show is scripted/fabricated. If you think this show is real, I'm sure you also think The Hills is unscripted as well.

And I doubt Tila's BF is all that fazed with her being on a dating show. She probably justifies it as no different than an actress taking part in a love scene on a movie set.

this show is the bottom of the barrel. Her personality is so transparently insincere and self serving that she'd probably also be willing to pretend she liked having sex with dead bodies if it gave her fame and fortune.

It's kind of funny because this show was the trashiest show on TV. it now comes more trashy because of what happened

A "reality show" that isn't REAL? I'm shocked, I tell you, SHOCKED! (I've never seen this show and don't intend to, but got such a laugh out of the headline I just had to respond!)

The !@#!@ is a fake and an insult to real Bi and gay people. Hope the !@#!@ goes back to the gutter, AKA Myspace, where she came from!
