| Previously on Rock of Love 2: The final four and Heather went to Las Vegas, where all hell broke loose as everyone turned on Daisy. But it was sweet, innocent Jessica who was sent home. The final three return to the mansion and Big John instructs them to clean up for some special guests. First in the door is Ambre's dad, who she describes as a conservative, church-going Southern gentleman. He has a bit of a bald spot, so maybe Bret Michaels will lend him a bandana. Destiney's parents are next, and Bret describes them as biker hippies. Daisy is very sad, because she doesn't really have a relationship with either of her parents and hasn't seen them for several years, so she doesn't know who is coming. The doorbell rings, and it's her “surrogate sister” Stephanie, who is actually Daisy's ex-boyfriend Charles' real sister. Even Bret isn't stupid enough to miss those red flags. | How awesome was it that Brett didn't wear a bandana or hat for part of the episode. He must be getting a lot of crap for his weave. |

| Natalie: I thought something felt off about Bret, but I couldn't place my finger on it. When he greeted the parents, you're right, there was no bandana. Crazy. And we all know Heather is the perfect girl for Bret and he should just be with her and end this charade, but that's probably not gonna happen. |

| the no bandana was probably because last season lacey's dad was asking whether bret had hair under the cowboy hat... and bret just had to prove that he had hair under there. |

| If you watch this episode's extras, Bret admits to having sex with Daisy when they went to Vegas. I thought that was really sad because Bret (and Daisy) can't control themselves and it's not even the finale! Darn it! Anyway, I think Bret will pick Daisy in the end because he seems to like girls based on superficial reasons. He's not that bright of a light bulb either (actually LISTEN to the guy talk) so this logic makes sense. They don't really have much in common other than the physical attraction Brett keeps on bringing up whenever connections between them are questioned. Sigh. What it all boils down to is Bret doesn't quite seem to know what love is and no matter what the outcome of the show is, I don't think he will never know until he quits the rock 'n' roll lifestyle of excess sex, adoring female fans/groupies, and drug abuse to contemplate about what love really is, not just SEX and instant gratification. |
