Rock of Love: Episode 5, "First Annual Bret's Mudbowl" Recap

Episode Overview: The girls play a football game to see who wins the next date with Bret. A letter written by Heather causes untold chaos, while both Justin Timberlake and Vanilla Ice play a role in Bret's decision to boot someone.

After last week's alcohol-induced stupor on Rock of Love, Bret Michaels takes it down a notch and retires early,while the other girls get drunk. Brandi M. (though with Brandi C. gone, she's now just Brandi) finally makes herself known, but it's by getting sloppier than the other girls and making a few enemies.

As the episode title would suggest, the new task to win a date with Bret Michaels is a football game. Brandi, Jes, Magdalena and Mia team up, though Brandi is unsure of Magdalena's knowledge of American sports. Heather is proud to be with Lacey, but they also have Erin, who cant see over her own boobs, and Samantha, an emotional wreck.

Good Lord this guy is so into himself with this heirum of women he is hanging out with...He is gorgeous so why the hell is he having this stupid reality show gig to find TRUE LOVE....Come on Bret...are you that desperate that you have to have this ROCK OF LOVE show to get a lady....

Poor Bret, threatened by a younger and more successful musician. Poison was a good band but man , Bret surely does have the large ego of a musician and trust issues....what a dope (or maybe he had too much of it in his youth) Oh well good luck to Erin at least she likes someone NOT OLD ENOUGH TO BE HER FATHER

i think that bret is a racist pig because when lacy almost pushed dallas of the stairs instead of getting rid of lacy he got rid of dallas. that lacy bitch is just asking to get her ass kicked. to bad she is real far from where i live. And how all this bitches can try to get a date with bret is beyon me i guess money does talk and get you some free punnani
because other than that i see nothing that could attract young girls to an old worn out rock star like him. Sorry this is my opinion

Jes is definetly the best looking girl there she should win if she doesn't Bret has got to be the dumbest guy there and who ever is getting his name on their neck is a dumbass they may not even win the competition.

I really don't think Bret is doing this show because he cannot find a lady on his own "to ride off into the sunset with" so to speak. I think it's just a gig to help keep his career and image afloat. He's aging and probably feels that 'sting' of the famous mid-life crisis. Anyway, I do agree w/ Lacy that she is behaving this way for the ratings. Despite her evil ways, she is playing it smart when it comes to television. I do have to give her credit for that. We all have to admit, as human beings we do like a little drama. But however on her MySpace page, she admitted to using part of her personality as part of her strategy for staying on the show, even if it means being cruel and vindictive at the other girls' expense. Guess that really is part of her personality, which is really quite unfortunate. Wonder what she went through in the early part of her life to become that way. I personally thought Mia or Sam would have been good for Bret at least where the television thing is
