I am not sure how all of them are selected, but I know that the majority are selected at random. Someone sees them, out on the town, working, in a strip club (as in several of these girls cases), whatever... And they are asked if they want to be in a reality show being filmed in LA, NY, etc...... that's pretty much it.... not too scientific... and based on looks... It is all about making "good tv".....

It is really funny how many people post simply to bitch about her boobs. SHE bought them so she is the one only one that has to like them. Since she has not been kicked off the show yet I assume that Bret likes them too... wait he said he did. Complaining about her breasts makes you sound like the ugly girls that are jealous she is getting more of the attention. Maybe you don't like that she is different. But who cares? You should go comment on the things you like instead of complaining when people out there have a different opinion than yourself.

I like Erin. She is the kinda girl you could hang with. The show is entertaining and everyone around these parts KNOWS it is meant for fun. Not for educational purposes. I was glad she didn't get naked and make out with the other girls on television.
