This chick has to win. She is far and beyond the best on the show. The hottest, coolest, classiest and most down to earth. Ironic looking at her hair, but she is. My feeling is that it will come down to this girl and brandi M.

Too bad some of you who are criticizing Jes don't know the real Jes. I worked with her and she is CLASS ALL THE WAY. There isn't a mean bone in her bod - and the hair - well - she IS A HAIR STYLIST after all! The salon owners love it - and her clients love it and love her! It's FUN! Maybe she is what Mr. Michaels needs to clean up his image!!! PLUS - who better to get his hair in better condition than a licensed cosmetologist!!!! He is a sexy looking guy - so why not?
