I think Jes is the most adaptable of them all. She can fit into the rock life style but yet be someone who can take home to mom without being embarrassed. You don't have to be embarrassed by her or worry that she will look like a total whore in public. I would think that would be a bonus since he has two daughters. I wouldn't want a woman that behaved like a cheap slut. (don't know if some of the other girls are like that BUT they are acting like it.)

I think Erin is the sexiest girl on the show, but I believe that Jes has the prettiest face out of all the girls..

Despite reminding me of Justin Timberlake, I agree with what J Said too. Adaptable, but you can still take home to mom and not be embarrassed (except for the cigarette hanging out her mouth). In tonight's episode she was vulnerable and stunning.
