'Rock of Love' Winner Says She's Still the Same Person

Being part of a hit reality competition and coming out the winner hasn't done much to change Jessica "Jes" Rickleff, the woman Poison frontman Bret Michaels ultimately chose at the end of VH1's Rock of Love. In her post-win interview with the network, Jes said that after 11 weeks of competing with a highly diverse group of women and wooing a rock star, she is essentially the same person.

“My personal life hasn't changed a whole lot. I'm still me,” Jes told VH1. “I just have a ton of strangers coming up to me thinking that they know me. I know someone called me a snot because he approached me while I was eating. I asked if he could wait till I was done and he said, ‘That's pretty snotty of you.' I said, ‘No offense, but I'm still a real person. If I want to eat my food in peace, that's what I'm going to do.' It's weird.”

I'm glad that you came out the winner and I hope that everything works out for you and Bret!!!

I think Bret picked the wrong girl, but hey.. I think he was taking out his feelings from a previous relationship he had with an "exotic dancer" as bret called it, on Heather and picked Jes. Jes is a cute and totally cool person but I think Heather was the better girl for him. More able to adapt to the lifestyle that Bret lives. Jes is too young and will fall int he pit of jealousy everytime Bret's groupies start hanging around. Best of luck Jes!

I loved Jes from the beginning, her style rocked and I am so glad that she won. I liked Heather when she ended it with Lacy. But I think Jes and Bret make a better couple. She's hot.

I think Jes is a hottie. heather is hot too, in an I love the 80's kinda freakishly scary way, her hair and choice of clothing was uh, a throwback to whitesnake and scorpion, but shes a lot prettier on her website. anyways, i heard jes on q101 a chicago radiostation the other day and she was with another guy at the shedd aquarium and it definitely wasnt bret michaels.

jess, i am glad you won because it makes you happy...but i actually think you can do better thansome rockstar who has screwed only God knows how many girls. you are so much better than that..from what i have seen. and what if he has a disease from some !@#!@...or cheats at a show? i just think you could do better...i already don't like bret..but if he breaks your heart..i'll hate him.
