Eighty-five cast members encompassing 19 seasons of the groundbreaking MTV reality show, The Real World, descended upon the Sunset Plaza in Los Angeles on March 15 for the live ceremony of The Real World Awards Bash: Roast 'Em and Toast 'Em.
