Default 4/24/08 Crime/Legal/Medical Procedurals

Tonight, I will begin recapping CSI, and I'm pretty excited about it. So, I'm going to make today's question about procedurals. What's your favorite crime, legal or medical procedural? What's your least favorite?

I actually kind of like Without a Trace and CSI (the original and NY) but I HATE, HATE, HATE CSI: Miami. Seriously, David Caruso makes the show utterly unwatchable!

I have to agree with you there Debbie. CSI Miami is painful to watch, I cant stand it and Horatio serioulsy gets on my nerves! He always saves the day and always immediatly has an answer to everything! where is the science in there? even NY isnt that great, there is just the one and only CSI and that's LV.

My second fav crime show is Bones, thought it seems to get a little repetetive in the new season and characters are just always jolly and even though they have problems it never feels really bad. Still I like the show.

So in answer to your question: I like the geeky science and want to know how stuff works.

CSI: Miami is unintentionally hilarious, and therefore awesome in a terrible way. I like the original CSI, but my favorite procedural has to be House. Unlike a lot of procedurals, it has deep characters and story arcs that go throughout a season.

Hmm. To the extent that these count, I enjoy: Psych, Monk, Bones, House, Medium, Law and Order, Law and Order SVU, The Closer, Boston Legal. That is all.

I'm so not into prodecurals, so I haven't watched most of them. I do like House, even when what happens in each ep is always the same, but I love Greg.

I love the original CSI and also like Without a Trace. As for Horatio and his shades.....please give it a rest. And whats with him talking to everyone sideways. I agree its unbearable to watch.
