| I know that most of you probably don't watch conventional daytime soaps, but that's not to say that the shows you do watch don't have their share of suds. What are some of your favorite, or least favorite soapy storylines on your favorite shows? Naturally, Grey's Anatomy is chock-full of them. What with cutting the LVAD wire and the swapping bed partners, and all. I hated the LVAD wire storyline, but I loved the George-got-syphilis-from-Alex story. Also, I love love love Gossip Girl, which is technically a night time teen soap. I love the fabulously wealthy characters and I love that the parents have healthy love lives too.

| This is where I admit that I was totally addicted to Melrose Place in high school. Marcia Cross's character had the best storylines ever. She snatched someone's baby and pretended it was her own, she "died" in a car accident, but of course didn't really die and came back with a wig covering her nasty head scar, she developed a split personality named Betsy who attended Tupperware parties, she blew up the entire apartment complex, saw a man in the mirror for a while like she was on Twin Peaks, etc. She was the BEST. Ahem, anyway...for shows these days, the only thing that can compare is Nip/Tuck. They have the most outlandish storylines on television, and I love every minute of it. |

| Well I try to steer clear of shows with soapy story-lines so I don't really have a favorite. My least favorite, though, is the love-rectangle on Lost. It takes a lot from the show. I'm all for couples, but I hate love triangles and rectangles and stuff. They get on my nerves.

| Since I love watching thrillers and adventure shows, I don't like soapy story-lines in them cuz it makes it boring like in smallville I hate that they stretch these scenes too much, but I kinda like the love-rectangle on Lost though Juliet's character kinda end it which makes me feel sorry for Kate ( my favorite Lost character)! |

| 90210 had some great story lines. I loved when Donna almost had to go to jail, and when Brandon's girlfriend tried to blow up the floats. I love Greys too. That show is more of a sopa opera than anything else you could call it. I loved when Izzy wanted to marry the love of her life and she thought he would live and then he died and she cried next to his bed in her prom dress. kathryn Heigl is always in a dress it seems. The prom dress, the wedding dress, 27 dresses! |

| Another soapy story I didn't really like was Jim and Pam at the end of season 2. I loved them as friends always playing pranks on everyone. They were the reason I watched the Office.
