I'm really missing the character portrayal and development this season. I'm not very into the new characters (yet) and I'm majorly pissed of that there was almost no Sawyer screen time.
I also could have done without Michael's return, never liked him much.
True, so true! I am with you on that one. Now that Sawyer is "healed" from what was haunting him he has been pushed in the background. I always thought he was the best character in the show though he was really at first but you couldn't help but love him anyhow. Isn't he a little like a very rough Dean, but one that is broken and doesn't care anymore?

What do you think of Kate's character? Is she a strong modern woman or simply annoying? She certainly annoys me which is probabaly a good thing if you think about it. Why should women either be heroines or evil bitches or the loving mother types - if man can play it all so should real woman.

yes, what was that all about?

When Lost is back on after the break I will give it another shot, maybe the new writers had better ideas.

Sawyer was actually the first "TV crush" of my adult life. Ok, not true, the first one was David Boreanaz as Angel on Buffy, but still, Sawyer has a special place in my heart. He sure is a tough on the outside - sensitive on the inside guy, or at least he was for the first 3 seasons, and as I'm a sucker for these types I hope I'll get my Sawyer back in the next episodes. I think Sawyer and Dean would get along well, but I don't think they are very much alike besides the tough guy exterior and the snarky comments. Sawyer never really cared for someone after his parents death, did he? So he does not not care anymore, but never cared.

In S1 and S2 I love Kate, but now she gets really annoying with not deciding between Jack and Sawyer, or having decided for Sawyer and now he really loves her she would prefer to be with Jack or whatever. How someone could choose Jack over Sawyer is beyond me anyway.

I will definitely watch Lost to the very end, even if it gets much worse than it's right now, because the show gave me 3 great years of entertainment. But I share your hope of better storylines for the following episodes.

First of all: "Prison Break"! I loved this show during the whole first season. In fact I was attracted by the presence of Dominic Purcell (that I loved in "John Doe" and "North Shore"!) and the most amazing actress in the show, to my mind, Robin Tunney (I loved her sooo much in 'Vertical Limit' and the pilot of "House"!). I liked the idea of the show and the evolution during the first season but I'm sorry, you can't say that the second and the third seasons are like the first!!! I like the plot but they're going too far for me: the end of the season 2, the death of Sara and her I'd-never-guessed upcoming back in the fourth! I can recognize that the second season could be great but huh, the season three?!? Even if I really like some of their actors and actresses alike Jody Lynn O'Keefe (she was absolutely amzazing in "Boston Legal" and great as the Spiderwoman in "Charmed"!) and Chris Vance but I just couldn't get used to the direction the show is taking! It's a little too for me.

Next, "Grey's Anatomy"! I know some of you will scream ~Woohoo~ but let me just explain I like the show, really... but it's passing through some plots I just can't bear! MerDer in/off and Gizzie... ouch! I love the characters, especially Cristina, Alex and Addison, but yeah, some plots are unbearable! Even if love life could be not easy, Meredith and Derek should stick together or break up once for all! (so, I think I will be reunited with the show thanks to the new season ^^)

In the meantime, I'm so sorry for "The 4 400": I technically watched the first season when the second aired (but right after the first I came to watch the second ^^, so I watched the first 17 episodes running) and after I sticked to the airing... Even if the show is -was- great, I didn't liked the last season as much as I liked the firsts. The plot is nice but not as amazing as it was before... And the end of the show, if we could name it a end, it's a bit sadden... I wish it gets another season because the end wasn't expected... I'm sorry

I hear ya on the plot stuff. I was so addicted to this show when it first came out, and now it is like the writers are just picking their teeth in that writing room. I stay tuned because I keep hoping that something will change for the better. MerDer go back and fourth like most of our friends relationshsips, so I am not so annoyed by that. But the Izzy thing i kind of like. I can not get enough of her. And to know that her and George are best friends off air os cool too. He came to her 27 Dresses premiere. I read that she even had a crush on him when she first started the show! So funny. As long as she is in this show, I will be watching it. the same with her movies, Super bad, 27 dresses...bring them on!
