I have to say I really don't get the interactive menus on my SPN box sets. It does want passwords ... I have no idea.
Really? I've never heard of that before. Strange.

In terms of commentary tracks: I've kinda hated the ones where they'll have a lot of the cast and crew on it but it's all edited so none of the people talking are in the same room and they have to announce who the person is speaking. I'm not a fan of those...with the exception of Reservoir Dogs...they did that but it worked well and everyone was giving such good info about the scenes and characters and what went into making that film.

I can't pick a favorite commentary track...way too many.

I can acess any of the hunter's journal except the first. And if I remember right there is a link to a site where you then are inside the Metallicar, and there doesn't play/happen much for me either. I'm sure I'm doing something totally wrong.

My favorite extras are the deleted scenes and the ones where they show you how they film an episode of something.

But I always watch all extras. They're really cool. I love them.

I don't know what my favorite DVD extra is, but one that I *HATE* is Kevin Williamson's commentary on the first season of Dawson's Creek. Hate it! Absolutely hate it! He talks about it like it was this amaaaazing thing he made. Ugh.

It's Gag Reels I am always gagging for. Most DVD's don't bother with it yet there must be tons and tons of wasted film lying around somewhere in dusty old warehouses..they are my favourite treasures.

I am glad Supernatural are bothering with it, probably because they have more rolls of film wasted on Jared goofing around then they have the real stuff (I am just joking!! Don't get the sawed-offs out)
