Who is your favorite TV teacher? Why?

Ummmm.....

Hmm...I don't know. Hank Landry on Veronica Mars was okay at first, but then just turned out to be screwing the Dean's wife.

Um, I like Heather on Jericho--even though you hardly ever see her in the capacity as a teacher. Just twice I think.

Speaking of Jericho-I still don't like Emily. LOL

I'm desperately trying to think of a Saved by the Bell teacher, but its just not coming.

Um...Max Medina was a good teacher on Gilmore Girls....

Honestly, I think I'm just trying to think of any teacher I can lol.

Oh man, only an Australian TV-show is suddenly coming to mind... And I'm not sure people know that show! It's "Heartbreak High" and frankly, I loved pretty much every teacher on that show! (And the students too...) But my personal favorite was Yola, who was the student's counsler. Okay, so she wasn't really a teacher, but she was so incredibly funny! But also very sweet... Loved her...

Maybe I should have made this a least favorite teacher thread. I hated Max Medina! Also, I hated TaMARa Jacobs, the teacher that Pacey slept with in the first season of Dawson's Creek. They always dressed her so frumpily, even though she was supposed to be this hot young teacher. I dig Heather as a teacher on Jericho, just 'cause she rocks.

I totally agree, Debbie, I hated Max! He was so annoying! Lol, here we go with the Gilmore Girls - Lorelai's boyfriends discussion. :P

If we're talking Saved by the Bell, you can go for the original, Miss Bliss, though she kinda sucked. For my money, the best was Mr. Tuttle, the fat guy who gave them the business assignment that resulted in friendship bracelets. God, I wish I could say I had to look any part of that up on the Internet, but no.

Since I can't think of any real ones, I'll go with:

Mr. Van Driesen, from Beavis and Butt-Head.

Teachers, hmm. Well, Snake on Degrassi is awesome. With all of the shows about teenagers that I watch you'd think I'd remember more teachers, but for some reason I don't.

I'm going to pick Riley from Buffy. Okay he was a teacher's assistant but he was hot & I still hate that show for getting rid of him the way that they did!
