This question is from lila. Who is the most annoying character on TV? Why?

Marissa Cooper and her little sister on The O.C.. I can't really find any symphathy for poor little rich girls.

Wow, you thought they were THAT bad....I mean, look her family; it was completely dysfunctional. Not to mention, her mother was a bit of a slut and had no problem messing around with her boyfriends.

And then take a look at Ryan's life/familiy and how he developed. He grabbed the chance Sandy gave him with both hands and didn't complain how bad a set of cards he had been dealt in the first place.

Yes, this is true....but they are still different in several ways...

I have to agree candyrose here . She wasn't that annoying. To compare her and Ryan side by side for one, just isn't fair.

From my point of view, Ryan had to grow up fast and learn about the darker side of life at a young age. His mother was an alcoholic, his father never around and his brother was always in and out of trouble. He had to take care of his self for the most part which in turn matured him beyond his years.

Marissa on the other hand was very privileged and had a sheltered life in Newport. While her and Ryan were the same age he was much more wise to the would outside of Newport . So, of course when things went bad for her she turned into a spoiled little brat with the drinking and the drugs and the outbursts. Sh hadn't had the life experiences that Ryan had to make him realize that isn't the way to go ....and Marissa paid dearly for her choices...she died.

Jack and Kate from Lost. They annoyed me to no end.

Sara from PB, especially in season 2, when everything seemed to center around her and she was super-important all of a sudden.

Sometimes Starbuck on BSG when she has those moments where she can do everything and everything better than everybody else.

Morgan from Chuck and Sock from Reaper walk a fine line between annoying and funny.
