I know! She'd be all like, "Ryan, trust me." Why should he? She's proven time and time again that she'd ditch him in no time to be around these dysfunctional guys. And the fact that she always acted as if there was nothing wrong with it irked me. Yeah, I know plenty of guys who'd be totally cool with their girlfriend spending all day and night comforting some loser who just broke up with his girlfriend and is feeling lonely. Sure.

Oh I know, right! Heath would be pissed as hell if I just "fell asleep" at some dudes house and every time he asked me if I wanted to do something my response was "well I was doing this or that with this other guy. Sorry." Right. She was so into trying to save these guys, and then acted so dumb when they were all nutty and in love with her. Just thinking about all this makes me angry.

I did. Doesn't really change my opinion though. Everytime I watch the OC and she's on the screen I just want to strangle something because 9 times out of ten she is doing something annoying.

No matter her background and upbringing, doesn't much change that the character of Marissa is annoying. She elicits a frustrated rage in me that all the explanations of why she does the thing she does can't erase.

Serena & Co. on Gossip Girls are spoilt, arrogant, selfish rich kids, too, but the don't come close to annoying me like Marissa does. Does this mean OC had brilliant writing in making me hate a character so much, or was it horrible writing in making me hate a character so much the audience was supposed to love? If I remember correctly the first few eps of OC had us believing Summer was the b**** of that show.
With Ben on Lost it's easy, you are supposed to hate him and that I do. I even find him annoying. Nontheless his annoyingness makes sense, he isn't aimless, like Marissa is.

I can't wait for you to watch the series finale of OC meimei, I'm really looking forward to your opinion of how it all ended. I have a few things to say about that myself.

It'll be a little while because I get into kicked where I watch like 10 episodes in just a couple of days, and then its like a week or two before I do that again LOL.

Yeah Summer went from being really stuck up and oblivious to the world around her, to pretty but not really all that popular, but a mostly nice girl...with blackout rages. LOL
