12/23/07 Special abilities

If you could have any special abilities that a TV character has (for example, any of the Heroes, or Bionic Woman, or Pushing Daisies or anything), which ability would you want to have and why?

I've always wondered about this and I always have to have combinations of powers...

My favorite combination: Super speed, Invisibility, Phasing. So that I can run around the world in a very short time and not having to go around buildings

And invisibility would just be for fun..

But I guess if I had to choose just one... It'd be Phasing

It has so many uses. I wouldn't get shot, I can walk through fire, I mean c'mon that is awesome! and during hide and seek I'd be able to hide inside a wall, cheating, I know, but fun

I know lots of people would say Peter's power, cos he can absorb others' power, but I don't think I'd like that. Instead I pick Hiro's power. I'd love to be able to teleport, time travel, and freeze time.
That's like my dream. :P

Having Peter's or Hiro's power would be great. But something else that always kinda fascinated me was the ability to control/manipulate the weather like Storm from the X-Men.

I would so want to be a shapeshifter. Not really like Mistique on X-men but could change into a lot of different things, animals and such, and mix and match different parts of myself so I could do anything. Like I could make myslef have wings and claws at the same time and change my size and everything... that would be cool. but if I had to choose a power on tv these days I'd say I would like Elle's, as much as I hate that character, it would be sooooo cool to control electricity.. or maybe Micahs! because I've always wanted to be able to hack things.

I think Piper's powers on Charmed kick ass! Freezing time and blowing things up! Woohoo! And then casting spells... I'd love to be a witch...

I would like the power to read and manipulate the mind. (as long as I could turn it off when I wanted to.)

I'd like to be strong, and I'd like to be able to fly. So if Nikki and Nathan had a baby that'd be me! LOL. Really though, I don't know what I would want. Any of the Heroes power would be cool just about (except like...Maya's or something). I wouldn't want Lee Pace's powers on Pushing Daisies because thats just too weird. Too much room to play god.

I guess if I could have ANYONE's powers it would be Charlie's from Heroes. Her ability to read something and instantly remember it and put it to practical use is phemonial. You could pick up any language that you want, you could learn anything you wanted. I think that is beyond cool.

That's a pretty cool power as well! I'd never have to study, ever again! And I could learn all these languages... which would be great since I love languages!
