Default 12/8/07 TV Cities

Which city is your favorite on TV? Which TV city evokes the fondest memories? Why?

Dillon, TX from Friday Night Lights is just like the town I live in, so it's special to me and the football scenes especially remind me of when my oldest played football for the high school.

The town in Gilmore Girls seems like a really cool place to live, too.

If I had enough money to live the lifestyle of the protagonists, I always imagined NYC as depicted in Sex and the City and Gossip Girl as a nice place to live.

Default Seattle!

I might be biased, seeing as I live in Seattle, but so many shows are set here and a lot of them are actually pretty good shows too!

There's Grey's Anatomy, Reaper, Life As We Know It, John Doe, Dark Angel, Frasier, iCarly. Woohoo! Seattle all the way!

I have to say anything taking place in Southern California. I lived in a desert but that doesn't mean I didn't go to the OC or San Diego.

Dublin...... LMAO!!! You all telling Smiley that Whistler, Mikey and Co couldn't just jump on a plane to Dublin to escape from it all in Panama????
Ach I don't know..... Gila/Utah.... Mikey didn't kill any rats there!!!! LOL!!!

Maybe Seattle... good shows were set there. seems less busy then those set in NYC etc.... Chicago seems to be permanently under snow in every single episode of ER and Panama just look sweaty and hot.... although.... I'm sure it is really a nice place!!! LOL!!!!

Yay, I want to be in on the Stars Hollow love too. It really is so much like my hometown (in MA). We didn't have nearly as many town festivals, but we had one or two that were always really fun and all the townspeople came out to the green for it. Sadly, we didn't have a Luke's, which I totally would have loved. Instead, we had Friendly's, which is SO not as cool!
