11/10/07 Best Reality TV Moment

For today's question, I'd like to talk about reality TV. I know there are a lot of die-hard reality fans out there, like LadyTex and buddytvgina.

What has been your favorite reality TV moment and why is it your favorite?

I don't watch *too* much reality--mostly i like the competition shows like So You Think You Can Dance and The Amazing Race and Beauty and the Geek. I'm going to take my favorite moment from recent memory. Did anyone watch Beauty and the Geek this week? Dave did a frakking back handspring and it was AWESOME! That's my favorite moment because I love it when shy, nerdy people come out of their shells and become the center of attention, and Dave did that in a major way on Tuesday!

oh shoot ... hard for me to make one pick.

My latest favorite was when the donkey gave Nathan heck on last weeks Amazing Race, but that back handspring was pretty awesome.

Another favorite was on Survivor when Jaime tried to play that fake immunity idol and Jeff threw it in the fire.

Then there was the episode this past summer on Big Brother when Dustin was evicted after volunteering himself to go on the block knowing he was safe. Almost as good as Marcellas not using the veto on himself and being evicted.

Those are just the ones off the top of my head ... there are many more ...

I think I'm like you Debbie, I don't really watch lots of reality TV I really prefer TV shows because they're not as interesting as TV shows are! Plus, more and more differents concepts are killing the reality TV for me so, I just don't watch them!

The only ones I enjoy watching are "American Idol", "The Amazing Race" and "So You Think You Can Dance". But for the latter this is certainly because I first saw the original uk concept "Strictly Come Dancing" and this one is very great, almost better than the American one.
Plus, this year ther is a great actor I really like, the character he's portraying is currently in jail in EastEnders *poor guy*, this is the gorgeous Matt Di Angelo of course! I was so happy to see him in that kind of program, he's exactly like I expected him in real life! So, the last week he made a performance with Flavia on Paso Doble, while the singer was performing a Michael Jackson's song... They both were gorgeous and their dance was so so amazing! I love each of their performance but this one, I don't know why, there was something really special that still attracts me when I see this video. Hope they'll manage to the victory because they really deserve to win!
