'Private Practice' Star Grateful for Timely Blessings

While the writers' strike continues without any clear developments, TV Guide has had the chance to chat with Private Practice star, Kate Walsh, on the charmed life she's led this past year. The actress, who recently turned 40, candidly shared a more private side of her life, particularly the side involving romance and marriage.

Walsh certainly had a banner year in 2007. First she got her own series, spun off the hugely successful Grey's Anatomy, and then got engaged and eventually married a FOX top executive. Private Practice's lead actress is the first to admit, however, that all her blessings came at just the right point in her life, when she has enough seasons and grace to handle them.

I'm happy for her! I love that she is getting so much attention and having a good personal life too because it gives us all hope that life doesn't end after age 30. Go Kate!
