I googled Sikimicky and it doesn't even seem to be a word. It's probably not real. IMDB can be unreliable.

You got that right! IMDB is like wikipedia, anybody can post info there, whether accurate or not. and there is no ep 23, this season anyway.

I don't trust IMDB. They've been known to list movies that don't exist so, I really wouldn't pay any attention to it unless it's confirmed by The Powers That Be.
