in the last episode, when T-bag was trying to find another hooker in the streets of Panama, he walked by a guy who looked to be american. they exchanged glances, and then the wind blew his shirt a bit to reveal he had a gun. is this guy just put there for the sole purpose of showing how dangerous Panama is? or is he the other hookers pimp. i dont see why theyd put him in there if he wasnt going to play a big role, but the only other thing i can think of is him being an FBI agent working undercover or something. who knows, I for one dont.

I don't believe that was a pimp at all.
I believe:
That was a Fed or Company guy. Tbag has some kind of deal with them, he was glancing at the guy in a kind of "okay?" way and the guy nodded.
