1) No court would ever put Bellick in the very prison where he was C.O. They know he'd be dead within days. The courts (and the warden) wouldn't want the liability, lawsuits, etc. Or at the very least, they put "at risk" prisoners in solitary. 2) T-Bag couldn't have tied up those people with one hand. You need two hands to make a knot. Likewise, hammering up those boards -- you need two hands. 3) T-Bag should be suffering from a severe infection, after cutting off his hand to escape the police. Or else, bleeding to death. Either way, he would not be healthy, and probably dead. 4) Prosthetic hands have to be custom made. There's no way T-Bag could put that over a bloody stump, and everything is just fine. 5) Bellick would never have been found guilty. No DNA evidence, fingerprints, etc. were on site. None of Roy's DNA would have been on Bellick. And besides, the hotel security cameras would have shown T-Bag, not Bellick, entering the building. Ok, I love this show, but these points are just killing me!

I know what you mean. Within five seconds of watching the pilot episode, I was so disappointed. After the girl finished Micheal's tattoos, she would have to wrap it in seran wrap and masking tape. But she didn't and then Micheal immediately put on a white shirt over the tattoos. After all the tattoos he's gotten, he should know that shirt would stained with blood within hours. But I forced myself to shrug it off.

Another thing I questioned...if Lincoln was so dangerous, why was he allowed to be on PI? I can see other inmates more dangerous than Lincoln, but it's only because of is death sentence he is seperated from the rest of the inmates.

^ ^ One thing that confused me, why was Lincoln able to go see LJ but Westmoreland couldn't see his daughter? Linc is seen as a very dangerous criminal, but Westmoreland had a spotless record during his entire time in Fox River. Pope told Linc that he has damn good lawyers, but no lawyer is that good? Did the Company have anything to do with it?

| oh no, i can explain that one... linc got to see lj as a move of the vice president... the warden said that things like that never happen. linc thought he had good lawyers, but the warden said: no lawyer's that good... turns out it was all a plan to get linc out in the open to kill him... the k-man almost did, except for the part where daddy burrows showed up and saved linc
