Here's an awesome video I found that explains pretty well how to do the crane, if you're as hardcore on the show as I am you might find yourself with a room full of these soon enough

Well Its really not the easiest to follow but yes, after a couple of tries, you can get the hang of it. He goes a little fast for anyone who has never folded origami before. So.. take your time.
