Characters used in other shows IE 24

I noticed that 24 (twenty-four) season 1 has 2 PB people in it. The ex-prison guard Bellick and I believe it was "Haywire". I think by his eyes it was him his hair was a different color. Both died after a short time though. Bellick played a good guy informer type person and Haywire if it was the same guy played a guard in the group of bad guys.
Does anyone else out there know of other things the PB people play in??

this really should probably be in Actor and character discussion
Wade (Bellick) was in Buffy (season 5 ep 20), and Went was in Buffy (season 2)
Marshall has been in Malcolm in the Middle
Robin (veronica) and Dom where in season one of house
Went, Robert, Wade, and probably others have been in ER..
Stacey Keach (pope) was in Titus
William Fitchner was star of a show called Invasion
Dom was star in John Doe etc!
there are more, these are just the ones i remember at this second!

Dom played the lead in the show John Doe.
