How many episodes have they done?

I just wonder how many episodes they have filmed of season 2 yet, because Kristin said that she had met Went and Sarah at the rendezvous hotel room 2 hours before she met them at the red carpet at the fox thing. Does that meen that they are filming episodes 10 now? I have always thought that they already filmed episode 13..
