Q for the moderator or anyone else for that matter

i have just joined this forum and have been having a little look at how it works etc.. my question is how do you post a picture. i notice a lot of ppl have pictures on their posts and i cant figure out how to add photographs.

do you mean for a signature (after the person's post theres a picture under)?
or do you mean like posting pictures in your post?

like on your post u havee a picture of sara and also underneath the writing u have a picture. i dont know how to get these on. i have gone to edit my profile and other stuff but cant find out how to do this.???!!!???
