'Hey, just wantet to let you now that he got the money from Linc. Linc borrowed the money from a "bad guy" and gave them to Mike, and then told him that it was his half, but she didnt even had an insurance! Just thought you should know!

I knew that. The question was "Where did Lincoln say the money came from?" He never told Michael the truth. Mike found out from Veronica... In my understanding of the question, I based my answer on what Mike thought was true.

PS.. someone else can ask questions in my stead.
