Loll it make me laught cause the writter said that the end will wrap up everything and anwser every question. Actually there's more question left than anwser. I doubt The_Man can anwser them cause he saw what we saw, so that left him guessing like us. About the body, i'm not sure what to think, cause i will love that Michael had proper funeral, but on the other hand, not having his body under that grave left my hope up that he may still be alive somewhere. So i guess it's up to us to think whatever we want to think. I will love to see a season 5 or a movie where Michael come back. Like he've been treat for his tumor but doesn't remember a think about fox river. He just remember that he have a brother. Will be nice to see how he would deal that. :-S

As far as they are concerned they are brothers. It was never really determined if Christina was playing them or not on the idea of them not being biologically related. It doesn't matter to them, in their eyes they are brothers and thats all the mattered.

Well technically, the only person they know for sure helped sara escape is Michael. Otherwise there would have been more people following Lincoln and Mahone (who as supposedly on the FBI's side anyway) I think he meant they would be free from the company. They were going to go to a country that wasn't going to send them back and they were going to disappear.

I think it was developed after they knew that the show would not be coming back and they wanted to take the opportunity to answer some questions and end it how they think it should have ended. They were able to end the show on their terms which isn't always possible for a TV show today.
