They were given immunity for escaping prison and the other things they did while on the run... This shooting happened shortly before they signed the paperwork, which was ready at the time of the shooting. Besides, she wasn't facing any charges before this shooting... So she didn't need immunity...

yea but Lincoln also killed people, Sara only killed 2 people her whole life linc and even kellerman killed so many more

at the time kellerman offered them immunity sara didn't think she needed it. perhaps by the time she is sent to prison, the offer is no longer there or they are unable to provide it to her anymore since there "supposedly" is a video of her shooting christina.

Video! Ahh shes being set up the way Lincoln was with doctored video evidence? Cant understand how she didn't sign though as we saw her on screen sign didnt we? She looked over to Michael and she was the last to give K Man her papers. I thought!

since i actually don't remember whether or not she did sign the papers since its been a while since I have seen the episode so I will offer up another senario as to why Sara would get sent to prison.

Lets assume Sara did sign the immunity papers, that would free her from anything she has already done in helping the brothers bring down the company. That doesn't protect her from future charges brought against her. She did shoot Christina and we all know that. But, Christina was very good and hidng who she was, when Sara is arrested in the extra episodes, The police say she is arrested for the shooting of Christina Hampton. If Christina is know by an alais, they may not be able to connect her directly to the events in bringing down the company and she can still be brought up on new charges after the immunity. The immunity would not protect her for something that happens after the papers are signed.
