I wonder if the severed Sara head jokes will become like the T-Bag hand jokes from Season 2. Like:

Lincoln finds Sara before Michael, he is freaked. he calls the FBI to report a woman who had been decapitated walking around. Fox keeps interest in the show by sending the leads of the last decent show they had before prison break. Re-enter Mulder and Scully to investigate the paranormal. lol.

LOL..... We could have Sara coming back to S4, in a little hotpants ... just to entice Mikey back... opening with her singing Kylies song... 'Spinning around'.... whilst taking off and putting back on her head when she gets to the 'I'm out of my head' bit....

Just a thought on how we might first see her back...... LOL!!!!
