Ausiello: Yes, she was a regular. And yes, she died on the show. And although she didn't need to be present for this particular cameo, she was most definitely an integral part in making it happen. Hmmmm….

Actually the word 'cameo' was used so I don't think people are reading too much into it. That word implies someone will be back with a new scene. Ausiello's back-tracking now confirms it's just a Sara flashback.

if it is Sara, it will more than likely be a flashback scene....this would go well right before he shoots Susan in the back...if he does indeed do this

If it indeed are Sara flashbacks, I would be a little underwhelmed, because I was looking forward to my second fave government agent, the K-Man.
And the idea of a Sara flashback raises the question if SWC has agreed to do new scenes or if it is just a youtube kind of collage of "staring in each other's eyes" going through Michael's head while he has Susan at gunpoint and tries to decide if he should pull the trigger or not. This idea sounds very lame to me and I hope the PB powers that be do better than that.
Take note Sara-lovers: A flashback is in no way prove she is still alive!

I agree. It would be all too predictable, and they really wouldn't need her to be there if they were using clips from old episodes, which is likely to be the case.
Straying off topic a bit, did anyone get the feeling the K-man had some sort of mild affection for Sara? He killed a lot of people, including women, but he seemed to hesitate when it came to her?? Just a thought...

okay i'll shed a little more light on this hopefully....here is the scene where michael receives something from the great beyond.....

EXT. ALLEY BEHIND HOSPITAL - DAY 11 54
As Michael and Lincoln pace in the alley, the hospital door
opens. LJ emerges.
Lincoln and Michael turn to him, anxious to hear the news.

LJ
She’s gonna be okay.

Lincoln and Michael breathe a sigh of relief.

LJ (CONT’D)
Uncle Mike? I wanted to wait until
we were safe to do this...
Michael turns around. LJ takes something from his pocket.

LJ (CONT’D)
I found this in the house. In the
room where Sara and I were held.

LJ opens his hand... it’s the origami rose Michael gave to
Sara.

LJ (CONT'D)
I thought you’d want to have it.

Michael is overcome with emotion... LJ and Lincoln step away, give Michael a moment.

it would be during this scene that a flashback of sara would most likely take place.
it isn't in thr script because it could have been decided on later.
