Michael gets a special delivery

I remember seeing someone telling after the episode "call waiting" to calm down about Sara's death because in the 13 th episode we'll see Michael getting paper crane and that he'll realize that there's just one person in the world who communicate with him like this. So don't know maybe this will be his special delivery. Will wait......
