I agree, always too many questions about the spoilers
Alas, always to await the episode to have the answer: it is too long and horrible - but what a superb series!
Glad to re-examine Michael/Sucre together.
T-Bag in bad posture with Bellick/Sugar/Michael who catches up with it.
Kellerman frightens me in its action, I do not hope for bad end for him, I like this actor.

I'm thinking that the picture of Kellerman in the weird uniform with gun to his head might be part of some sort of flashback(maybe he was in the police force or military before he was in the Secret Service). The Company wants him dead and he knows that. So why would he give them what they want? It just doesn't make sense. Unless, he puts the gun to his head after he testifies at Sara's trial but I thought that doesn't happen until episode 22....

your assumptions are possible :

- flasback on kellerman (in wikipédia one can read that Kellerman was in West Point (military academy) - it also made the war of the golf)

- to commit suicide after having to testify (for can be to protect his/her sister from the company)
