The crooked cops of Panama presumeably.....

Mikey, although he intended to give some of it to Westmoreland's dying daughter, never did and Linc never got it back... So probably Panamian cops got it...

Thanks. I couldn't remember since I watched season 2 last year and I had to watch season 3 reruns this year.

its probably still in the water...but that was a sad ending to the money plot, afterall, the plan to escape was for the money to some extent and it was disposed off so disappointingly, by kim kicking it into the water.....
