I am not trying to make excuses for her; I am merely stating that there is more to her than some ruthless killer. I don't agree with what she has done; I think her actions are despicable. However, regardless of my own opinion, there is a reason behind her actions...not necessarily a justification...but a reason. Furthermore, we don't really know that much about the company and what they do. For all we know, she could be partaking in these actions for a greater cause. Yes, I know...the company is bad...they kill people, frame them for murder, and so on...but what do we really know?? And what do you expect her to do...let LJ go free, risk not getting crucial information from Whistler...information we know nothing about...and then let them just kill her. What would you do in this situation?? Can you honestly say that you are incapable of causing harm to others?? This is one of the main ingredients of PB, IMO, and it really makes me, personally, think about the nature of human behavior. It's so easy for us to sit back and say...."Oh, I would never rob a store. I would never hold someone at gun point. I would never take another's life." But how do we really know what we are capable of when we are not thrust into desperate circumstances? If you really look at it, it's all one big game of survival. Some run...and kill and wound when they have to; others march straight forward and knock down others before they are knocked down....

OK, before we go any further.

I am taking a hard line against Susan, I am fully aware of that. I agree with your thoughts that there's a reason behind her actions, but as you said her actions are despicable. But if there is more to her than a ruthless killer, we certainly haven't seen much of it yet. Could you say that you felt bad for her when Padman was threatening her? I didn't.

As for your other point, I think you are polarizing the issue, but I think you are raising a good point. I don't claim the moral summit, but I am claiming higher moral ground. To say that I am capable of hurting someone isn't really hitting the right issue: it's whether or not I would deliberately harm someone when I have a valid choice not to. Relegating Susan to a victim of circumstance makes her inherently more weak, and makes us believe she MUST kill Sara to accomplish her objective and not look weak. It's an either/or fallacy....there's another option.

i loved this episode! it was so exciting! But i hate T-bag, i knew he was gonna see sucre eventually. i missed some brotherly affection though.

Is next weeks episode the final episode of the show? or is there gonna be a season 4?

They advertised it as the season finale. I had hoped that the end of the strike would prevent this...we would get more episodes sooner than later. I think there may be a season four....

Probably a season four in my opinion. Couldn't see the point in them throwing Sucre into Sona or T-Bag getting the bird book (will be significant in my view as a bargaining chip) if they were going to finish Prison Break altogether next episode.

This is very true, but these episodes were written before the strike....so they probably assumed they would continue with a full season and keep things going

I think we'll know for sure next Monday, I'm sure they have put together a promo for more episodes already, even if it has no scenes in it. Sort of like thing we saw at the end of season 2, and I didn't even know that there would be a season 3 then. Have faith.....

P.S. -- Does anyone here play online Lingo? I'm addicted.
