Yes, this is true....she made the decision to be the person that she is......but the same could be said for the other characters as well.....I mean, how many of them could we honestly and with full confidence say are really good??? And then there is the fact that there are still loose ends regarding her past....we haven't really seen too much of her in that aspect....plus, we don't know that much about the company.....I think she could simply be another pawn in the big game, another puppet having her strings pulled....what would happened to her if she backed out??? They would probably kill her as well.....I think she is that way because she has to be...
yes, it would be interesting if Mikey kept his promise and then turned the tables....he becoming the pursuer....that would be an interesting twist....a good revenge story.....
