Translator need help! Ep. 303!

Hi there!

I am translating season three of PB for Swedish television. Just curious if someone can help me out with some slang...

In Ep. 303, Luchero refers to himself as "bucky massa". I've never heard this before and wonder if someone out there can help me with a definition. If I was to venture a guess, I would say it's something to the effect of ruler/boss/master etc.

In the same ep. T-bone says (after Luchero gets shaved) that:
"I wouldn't want to look like a bootoo."
What is a "bootoo"?

T-bag says Bhutu which means: " en person som har et uanstendig utseende"
"eller en infødt afrikansk villmann :P"
