What new characters do you want for Season 3?

I totally second (or third, fourth ...?) the wish for more LJ. I hate the way he has been pushed into the background during the last several episodes. And I especially hate the way that phone call was done where he told Linc he wants to stay with Jane and go to school. Lamest.thing.evah. So contrieved. Sorry, I needed to vent. But since LJ is important for Linc and lets us see a different side of him, I would so love to see more of him again. But I'm not quite sure how the writers can bring him back into the story now that they have him nearly written out of the show.

The idea that PB is thinking of bringing in new characters when they pushed LJ, who is central and valuable to Linc, out of things in such an out-of-character, abrupt, and forced way pisses me off. And they can find a way to write him back in it, if they really wanted to. Hell, Abruzzi seemed dead in season one and they found a way to bring him back. So...bring back my LJ too.

Yeah, the writers have managed to pull off so many other things, why can't they come up with a storyline for LJ? Or did they waste all their energy on thinking up stuff for C-Note and are now completely exhausted

So...bring back my LJ too.

Now if C-Note doesn't show up in season 3 (which he better not show up) then all those scenes of him were just a waste of time. His story could have been wrapped up quicker and that time could've gone to our LJ who was initially a main character in this story. And Marshall is an amazing actor...if the writers would just write him more than the b.s. they're giving him. :realmad:

That's to disguise our dislike of some parts of PB at the moment: First we're all sweet and :love: and then we vent and rant :laughing:

His story could have been wrapped up quicker and that time could've gone to our LJ who was initially a main character in this story.

Yeah, definitely. Even when LJ wasn't on screen, he was always important to Linc and a motivator for many of his actions. And now he doesn't even seem to be in Linc's thoughts much...please, :wtf: I kinda fear the writers are trying to use the Veronica tactic again: Not mentioning a character to make it seem like he never was on the show.

He is too adorable. When he was running for his life without shoes in season 1, I swear I wanted to find him and give him a pair of my sneakers...I just love him to pieces.

Aw, I would totally love to hug him and make him some hot chocolate. He went through a lot of terrible things and yet managed to kinda keep it together, and not in that crappy "Suck it up" way Linc always seemed to favor. He so deserves a decent storyline and not some crappy phone calls straight out of the Land of Contrivedness. :realmad:

PB loves to do that out-of-sight/out-of-mind crap but it just won't work for me with LJ. LJ means the world to Linc; he was the reason Linc was willing to fight so hard to stay alive and clear his name and LJ was someone who Linc was always thinking of and reaching out to. He was a part of Linc...and now the writers are trying to turn him into this extra baggage that they have to find a place to store. Not cool. And Linc not mentioning LJ at all for the past few episodes is very out-of-character for Linc. Screw new characters. I wish PB would stop messing up the characters I already know and love by having them behave in ways that are so out-of-character.

He's the only character on this show who was an innocent victim pulled into this whole thing and has managed to survive near-death experiences and maintain his sanity. LJ's only 16 but he managed to hold it together, at times, better than the adults on the show. He has so much to offer and it's sad to see PB not giving it to us.

About LJ, do you think they could put him into the main story? That'd involve a certain amount of action, and he hasn't been into that since the early episodes when Kellerman and Quinn tried to kill him.

Sometimes I think he's lame, but I forget how he acted with Quinn and when he tried to kill Kellerman... he actually pulled the trigger! He has what's needed.

But with Lincoln's unwillingness to get him involved with all the troubles, it's unlikely he'll have an interesting story.

If they can put Sara into the action with the brothers then they definitely can get LJ in there with his dad and uncle. LJ has shown that he's capable of escaping trouble and coming up with clever ways to dodge the people chasing him. LJ is tougher than people may think and especially after all he's been through...he can handle the action of being on the run. And it would be great to see Linc and his son together again and looking out for and protecting each other.

I'm gonna pretend you didn't just call LJ lame and agree with the part about LJ having what it takes. LJ's got the street smarts of his dad and the intelligence of his uncle. He's the best of both worlds

And I don't think Linc is unwilling to have LJ along with him. If anything, I would think he'd want his son with him...at least he did in season one and the earlier part of season 2.

That wasn't LJ that said that. That was an imposter. That was PB's forced and sloppy way of explaining why LJ wasn't going to be in anymore scenes. The real LJ loves his father too much to not want to be with him and the real LJ wouldn't chose living in secrecy with some stranger (no disrespect to Jane but she's not family or anything)over being with his dad. And btw, LJ was cutting school like crazy before all this stuff started happening to him, so I don't buy that he'd suddenly want to go back when his dad's life is still in danger.
