HELP! I Need to find a certain episode!!!

Hi,
I need to find an episode with a certain scene from Season 1, prisonbreak.
The scene is when L.J has been hunted and have went to Veronica to hide (i think). Lincoln is worried and is in his cell. The prisonguard comes to him and gives Lincoln some papers from his attorney (veronica). And the paper is written in a codesystem that Lincoln and Veronica used when they were in school or something. So Lincoln reads the last word on every row, in a line down. And its says something like: "Its LJ. Im okey. Im with veronica. I love you"

The paper was written like this (the Xxxxx is text):

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx at

Anybody know which episode this is? I REALLY need to know! Sorry for the bad explanation but I hope somebody knows which episode it is. I have read almost all Recaps but havent found. PLEASE PLEAS PLEASE HELP!

I'm so sorry, I can absolutely remember the scene you are describing, but can't remember what ep it's in. It bothers me!!! Where are the people who have rewatched season 1 like 60 times, when you need them? - I will try to find out which ep it is.
