I remember we saw someone for the first time, a guy (obviously high up), in a suite, he looked chinesy/oriental and stabbed someone.

I don't think padman is the top guy.

The Asian guy is not part of the Company. He was trying to buy one of the cards. We're not sure why yet, that hasn't really been explained.

I think that this asian guy wanted to buy Scylla, not the card only, because who has the Scylla he got power, and that's why he wanted pay 125 million for Scylla. The creators of this show wanted to show that how important Scylla for Company and how its worth.
