Why Was'nt Bagwell ......

The company wanted to kill all of the guys who escaped fox river. Why did'nt the company even try to hunt down or kill bagwell ?

Well I have 2 versions about that:

1. May be they know T-Bag and Mike aren't close friends and Michael hasn't told Theodore anything about the Company so they don't need to kill him

2. They didn't kill him because they needed him to help them in sending Mike to prison. Now when the job's done they probably will try to kill him (may be not in custody but if T-bag be send to Sona or escape The Company will easily try to kill him)

Most likely the second version is true...

Good point. my 1st thought was t-bag was a secret member of the company

I agree with your second version....and I think that The Company will kill T-bag anyway because now he know a lot of things...

The only reason they kept Bagwell alive was so he could be used for the whole set-up thing in Panama. But as we all know, that didn't quite work out and the bag ended up in jail.

Well the plan probably was to use T-Bag for the setup (and have Bellick, Sucre, Michael) all held in custody for the killing of the shick in the wardrobe. Then after the set-up, they'd probably kill him off, but of course he got put in jail meaning that cannot happen. As for why they didn't kill him off earlier in the series... well maybe they just didn't get round to it yet - much like Sucre.
