What's Your Motto???

Ok guys

Simple really.... Every single PB fan who ever walked the face of the earth knows that the late Doc Sara's life motto was ' Be the change you want to see in the world'!!
So my question is.... and try not to go with same one as above....... What's your motto?

I'll start.... I have since I was 13 years old (around the time of my grandad's passing)... had and lived by a simple three word motto!

ADAPT AND OVERCOME

I have this written out in simple words, no fancy writing - over my bathroom mirror. My theory is that each morn when I wake up, being a shorty..I have to stretch to look in mirror to try and sort out with soap, water make up etc... the mess that is my face before I face the day.... I also pause to get ready for todays challenges!!! Simple really.... Adapt ... (take what comes) AND Overcome it!!!

So all.... If this interests you... What is/would be your motto and why????

my motto is semple really it's in arabic but the translation in english would mean:

WORK FOR YOUR LIFE LIKE YOU'RE LIVING FOREVER AND WORK FOR YOU END LIKE YOU'RE DYING TOMORROW!

اعمل لدنياك كانك تعيش ابدا و اعمل لاخرتك كانك تموت غدا

well I shouse tis motto cos it really tells you the way to live you're life in the right way!

Now that's a motto that makes perfect sense!!!
IMO, everyone should have a motto... a thing that helps them focus in this life!!!

My young son's motto is a quote straight out of 1979's version of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.... said by the man himself....

'Time is a precious thing..... never waste it!'

Isn't it funny what kind of words etc.. matter more to some and not others!!!

Ps: Your english is quite good!!! I speak fluent Irish (Gaeilge) when I do get home and although, english is spoken all over Ireland... Irish (Gaeilge) will still always be my first language!!! So excuse the odd mistake from me as when I am off form or tired I usually think in Irish first

A French Motto : Mieux vaut un que deux tu l'auras. Which means : A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.

Bonne enonciation! Elle est com autour de l'Irlande aussi! Nous avons d'autres memes comme lesquels elle... 'font le foin tandis que les soleil brillait etc..... Desole au subjet des erruers dans le long temps francais de langues. Puis que je l'ai appris ! ! !

cuz I believe everything depends on the circumstances, you may think you would never do something...but you can do it later i life. and also there are things that we dont expect to happen so sometimes we are badly surprised. thats why when everything is going just great, i always know that its not gonna last for a long and something bad can happen...
it may sounds a bit pessimistic but it keeps me standing on the ground and not living in rosy dreams
